Through their milk, fuel, and water monitoring solutions, Levno provides real-time access to intuitive dashboards and alerts, enabling farmers to increase productivity and gain a competitive edge.
Key actions undertaken to support Levno's mission included extensive research on clients' perceptions, immersive farm visits to observe software usage and gather feedback, the establishment of user personas and customer journeys, facilitating workshops for improvement suggestions, providing design support to the sales and marketing team, acting as a brand guardian, and educating team members on the importance of User Experience.
As a result of these efforts, notable achievements were realised. The process of converting leads to active customers was significantly improved, and the customer journey from the initial login to full activation was reconstructed and simplified, allowing the sales team to sign up customers on-site. Additionally, a support system comprising instructional videos and tooltips was introduced, reducing standard onboarding time from 50 to less than 20 minutes, effectively enhancing the user experience for new and existing users
